For valid warranty claims, pre-installation maintenance must be performed as follows: 1-Replace front seals, 2-Replace axle seals, 3-Install new transmission filter kit, 4-Flush and inspect transmission cooling lines, 5-Add fluid levels to manufacturers suggested levels with FACTORY FLUID ONLY!!, 6-Properly align torque converter, 7-Adjust throttle position sensor cable, 8-Re-program transmission computer if required. ALL REQUIRED PARTS MUST HAVE A RECEIPT TO PROVE PURCHASE OF NEW PARTS FOR WARRANTY TO BE VALID, TRANSMISSIONS NEED TO BE INSTALLED BY CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS AS WELL!! THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE REQUIREMENTS!!
Seller recommends new oil, seals, and gaskets be installed before installation and use of engines, transmissions, trans-axles, and differentials, if this recommendation is not followed, Seller makes no guarantee against any oil leaks of any kind.

Engine warranty specifically does not include carburetors, intake or exhaust manifolds, wires or ignition parts, water pumps, oil, gas, or water leaks. Engine warranty includes only excessive smoking, engine noise and excessive oil use. Severity of these conditions will be determined by the Seller.
